To avoid this, Gynaecologist Dr. Ruchi Bhardwaj recommends consuming green leafy vegetables, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, lemon, guava, citrus fruits, kiwi, strawberries, broccoli, capsicum, and amla.
Drink ginger tea: Drink a cup of ginger, chamomile, or raspberry leaf tea to ease period pain. Avoid alcohol or cigarettes during periods.
