During the consultation, a detailed assessment is done, including medical history, current complaints, reports (if any), mental health, lifestyle, and Prakruti (body constitution)—under the expert supervision of Dr. Ruchi Bhardwaj.
Based on the consultation, the doctor prescribes customized Aahar–Vihar (diet & lifestyle) guidelines. This includes food choices, daily routine, sleep patterns, stress management, and habit correction—strictly aligned with the patient's Prakruti, dosha imbalance, and health condition.
